Jennifer Lynn Design

 

​Jennifer Lynn's path as a designer/stager began flipping properties ten years ago. She project managed, as well as spearheaded the creative design choices for roughly a dozen rental units in the hip neighborhood of Los Feliz, CA. After she met her sweet husband, a more personal project presented itself. Together they transformed their 100 year old cabin in the woods into an über unique property booked by many photo and film shoots for Target, French Elle Magazine, fashion magazines, clothing lines, album covers & more.

 

Jennifer boasts a unique real estate market savviness and leverages this experience when staging and designing homes - whether it’s researching comps, sticking to a budget or finding creative and smart design solutions. She is resourceful and thrifty in her approach, always keeping the bottom line in mind. In 2014, she designed and staged three flips - two in Altadena and one in Highland Park. She also collaborated on the architectural floor plans of three homes in Mt. Washington - all are ground up construction and will be built in 2015. 

 

Jenn is a “creative” at heart, an expert at animal loving. She keeps herself busy with design and staging, writing a suspense thriller screenplay and working with her husband on several real estate properties.
