Heather Witt: Founder

 

Heather Witt, founder and brand creator of Flip Your Home™. She hails from a long line of builders and developers. She graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University, Chicago. After working many years as a promotional specialist, gaining extraordinary skills in marketing and client services, she returned to the job she was born to do - real estate. Heather, rookie of the year her first year in real estate, is now with Rodeo Realty Fine Estates Beverly Hills, a top luxury real estate firm.

 

Heather developed Flip Your Home after seeing the need for distressed home-owners to receive top value for their properties.  Instead of people being bought out by investors for all cash, she realized, if investors could just pay for renovations, everyone could make maximum profits from the transaction.  She hopes to allow homeowners an opportunity in this renovation and flipping trend.
